Croda Invests in New Laboratories in Asia
Croda International Plc, the name behind high performance ingredients and technologies for Consumer Care witnessed yet another milestone in its journey towards the official opening of new laboratory in Greater China, Republic of Korea and Indonesia. The launch of new formulation laboratories across the region signifies Croda’s commitment to continue investment in Asia.
These laboratories were highly anticipated in view of the greater advantages to the local markets, as these new facilities are fully capable of providing quicker customer response time as well as opportunities for enhanced customer engagement and potential collaboration projects.
The revamped facilities are likely to strengthen overall customer relationships and communication with formulators’ firms in the longer term by leveraging on the benefits of localisation. This will help bridge the gap between Croda and its customers while enabling close collaboration with local formulators on new product developments to meet their unique individual requirements. With the expanded site capabilities, increased support can be offered to both existing and new customers for resolving common issues involving product formulations.
Apart from practical skills-development, the laboratories will also allow customers to attend training workshops on site learning about Croda’s new product launches and insight into current market trends for Personal Care, Health Care, Crop Care and Home Care markets respectively.
