Winners of Board of the Year at the Yorkshire Business Awards
Croda International Plc, who use smart science to create, make and sell speciality chemicals that improve lives, are celebrating winning Board of the Year at the Variety Yorkshire Business Awards last week (6 December).
The awards are seen as the definitive business awards for the region, celebrating the many achievements and undisputed excellence of companies in Yorkshire. It is fitting that Croda, who were founded in Yorkshire in 1925 and have their global headquarters in Snaith, East Yorkshire, just over 10 miles away from their founding site in Rawclife Bridge, should receive an award.
Steve Foots, Group Chief Executive at Croda said: “To have the strong vision and leadership of our Board recognised like this, in our home county of Yorkshire, is a fantastic accolade. We are extremely proud of our Yorkshire heritage and everything we have achieved in 2019.”
